사업자의 건강한 사업활동을 보장하고 회사의 발전과 함께 성장해 나갈 수 있도록 사업자 규약을 정한다.

Establish business rules to ensure business operators' healthy business activities and grow with the company's development.

사업의 목적은 회원사업자 개개인의 사업성공을 도모하며 회사 경영활동에 부합할 수 있어야 한다.

The purpose of the project shall be to promote the success of each member business operator and be able to meet the company's management activities.

회사에서 정한 마케팅 및 사업정책은 급변하는 국제 시장 환경과 영업정책에 의하여 변경 가능하다.

The marketing and business policies determined by the company can be changed by the rapidly evolving international market environment and business policies.

사업자는 회사의 정책에 반하는 행동을 해서는 안되며 회사의 정책을 이해하고 전달할 수 있도록 노력한다.

Business operators shall act in accordance with the company's policies and endeavor to understand and communicate the company's policies.

1. 다이아몬드 캐슬 전 회원은 타인의 인권과 사생활을 존중하며 보호한다.

2. 다이아몬드 캐슬 전 회원은 불건전 정보는 배격하며 올바른 정보만을 제공한다.

3. 다이아몬드 캐슬 전 회원은 본인의 정보는 물론 파트너의 정보도 철저히 관리한다.

3. All Diamond Castle members thoroughly manage their information and their partners' information.

4. 다이아몬드 캐슬 전 회원은 비속어나 욕설을 자제하며 서로를 배려함을 우선으로 한다.

4. All Diamond Castle members should refrain from slang or swear words and be considerate of each other.

5. 다이아몬드 캐슬 전 회원은 불법적인 행동을 하지 않으며, 타인의 재산도 보호하고 존중한다. 

5. All Diamond Castle members do not act illegally and protect and respect the property of others. Ethics Regulations This regulation applies to all members of the Diamond Castle System and all employees of the Diamond Castle Company operating the system.

윤리규정 

Diamond Castle Ethics Code

본 규정은 다이아몬드 캐슬 시스템에 소속된 전 회원 및 이 시스템을 운영하는 다이아몬드 캐슬 회사 임직원 모두에게 해당된다.

This Regulation applies to all members of the Diamond Castle System and all employees of the Diamond Castle Company operating the system.

제1조 목적 본 목적은 다이아몬드 캐슬 시스템에 가입한 전 회원 및 다이아몬드 캐슬 회사의 임직원 상호 간 신뢰와 존중을 바탕으로 아래 다음의 사항을 준수할 것을 목적으로 한다.

Article 1 Purpose: This purpose is to comply with the following matters based on mutual trust and respect between all members of the Diamond Castle system and executives and employees of the Diamond Castle company. 

제2조 회원의 정의 다이아몬드 캐슬의 회원이라 함은 다이아몬드 캐슬의 규정에 의거 diamondcastle.net의 온라인 쇼핑몰을 통해 회사가 규정한 제품을 선택하고 소비자가격으로 단 1회 구매함으로써 성립된다. 

본 소비행위는 평생회원 자격을 가지게 하며, 자신의 활동 능력에 따라 포인트(이하, 자산이라 칭함)로 적립 받으면서 지속적인 소비활동을 하는 행위를 하는 이를 말한다.

Article 2 Definition of Members: A member of Diamond Castle is established by selecting a product prescribed by the company through an online shopping mall on shopdiamondcastle.com under Diamond Castle's regulations and purchasing it only once at a consumer price. This consumption act refers to a person who has lifelong membership and engages in continuous consumption activities while receiving points (referred to as assets) according to their ability to perform activities. 

1항 회원 가입

본 회사의 설립 취지와 온라인 쇼핑몰의 주요 운영에 동의하고 회원의 운명 및 윤리규정을 준수하는 자. 

Paragraph 1: Membership

A person who agrees with the purpose of establishing this company and the main operation of an online shopping mall complies with the fate and ethical regulations of members.

2항 회원 가입은 본인 다수 계정 가입을 허용한다

Paragraph 2: Membership allows members to sign up for multiple accounts. 

3항 회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실

회원의 희망에 따라 탈퇴서를 제출하고 탈퇴할 수 있다

단, 제품 반환은 제품 반환 규정에 의거하여 반품할 수 있으며, 본 회사에 손실을 끼치거나 운영 규정을 위반 한 자는 임의 탈퇴를 할 수 없으며 

해당 사한에 따라 윤리 규정에 의거하여 회원의 자격 여부를 결정한다.

Paragraph 3: Withdrawal of membership and loss of eligibility

You can submit a withdrawal letter and withdraw according to the members’ wishes. However, the product return regulations may return product returns, and any person who causes loss to the company or violates the operating rules may not withdraw arbitrarily, and the eligibility of the members shall be determined according to the ethics regulations.

제3조 윤리위원 선정 및 자격

Article 3 Selection and Qualification of Ethics Committee Members

1항 윤리위원은 최소 5인으로 구성한다.

Paragraph 1: The ethic committee shall comprise at least five members.

2항 윤리위원 선정은 회사 임원 및 사업자 대표로 하며 윤리위원 자격의 우선 순위는 도덕성과 공정성에 대한 검증으로 결정한다. 

Paragraph 2: The selection of ethics members shall be made by company executives and representatives of business operators, and the examination of morality and fairness shall determine the priority of ethics membership. 

제4조 윤리위원회 소집 및 요건

Article 4 Conference of Ethics Committees and Requirements

1항 회원 및 운영진의 제소를 통하여 소집할 수 있다.

Paragraph 1: It can be convened through a complaint from members and management. 

2항 회원 및 임원이 다이아몬드 캐슬 회사에 심각한 해를 끼치거나 관련 우려되는 행위는 물론 제 비방/부정 및 불법행위 등의 발현 시 윤리위원회를 소집할 수 있다.

회원의 징계요건으로 윤리위원회는 정확한 증빙자료를 근거로 소집한다. 관련 증빙자료 로는 문서나 사진, 녹취 등 윤리위원회에서 인증한 것으로 한다.

Paragraph 2: Members and executives may convene an ethics committee in case of serious harm or related acts to the Diamond Castle company, slandering/cheating, and illegal actions. As a disciplinary requirement for members, the Ethics Committee shall convene based on objective evidence. Related evidence shall be certified by the Ethics Committee, such as documents, photos, and recordings. 

징계 승인요건으로는 윤리위원 100% 참석 시 70% 이상의 동의, 70% 참석 시 참석위원 100% 동의 시 징계 승인으로 간주한다.

The requirements for disciplinary approval are considered 70% or more of the consent when 100% of the ethics committee members attend and 100% of the participating committee members are regarded as disciplinary approval.

윤리위원회에 회부된 임원 및 회원에게는 해당 사한을 공지하고 사한에 따라 소명의 기회를 부여할 수 있다.

Executives and members referred to the Ethics Committee may be notified of the relevant complaint and allowed to explain according to the complaint.

제5조 징계 정의

Article 5 Definition of Disciplinary Actions

1항 다이아몬드 캐슬 회원은 타 라인 및 타사로 유인행위 하는 것을 원칙적으로 금하는 바, 

신규회원의 유인 행위는 물론 기존 회원의 타 라인 및 타사 로의 유인행위, 타사 사업에 적극 가담하는 자 등은 회사의 질서를 깨려는 심각한 불법 행위로 간주한다. 

따라서 회사는 지위 및 직책에 관계없이 규정에 의거 징계를 한다.

Paragraph 1: Diamond Castle members are prohibited from attracting other lines and companies in principle. New members and existing members' attractions to additional lines, other companies, and those actively participating in third-party businesses are considered serious illegal activities to break the company's order. Therefore, the company takes disciplinary action by the regulations regardless of its status and position.

2항 다이아몬드 캐슬에 회원 가입을 미끼로 금품수수, 현금 편취, 타 계정 자산의 불법 인출, 

본 회사의 정보 또는 회원의 개인정보 유출은 중대한 범법행위로 규정하며, 사규에 의한 징계와 동시에 이를 조사기관에 범죄 행위를 이양하고 해당 사한에 따른 자산은 본 회사의 자산으로 귀속한다.

Paragraph 2: Acceptance of money and valuables, cash fraud, illegal withdrawal of other account assets, and leakage of personal information of members are considered serious violations. At the same time as a disciplinary action, criminal acts are transferred to investigative agencies, and assets are attributed to the company's assets.

3항 다이아몬드 캐슬의 경영진 및 임직원은 물론 전 회원은 허위사실 유포, 과대 과장 광고, 근거없는 음해나 비방, 폭력적인 언행, 불법 선동, 파벌 조성 등에 대하여 절대적인 금기 사항으로 규정한다.

Paragraph 3: All members, as well as executives and employees of Diamond Castle, define dissemination of false information, hype, groundless abuse or slander, violent words and actions, illegal incitement, and factional creation as absolute prohibitions.  

4항 징계는 윤리위원회 의결에 의하여 최종 승인 후 징계 결정문 대로 즉시 시행한다.

Paragraph 4: Disciplinary action shall be implemented immediately according to the disciplinary decision after final approval by a resolution of the Ethics Committee.

제6조 징계 규정

Article 6 Disciplinary Rules

ⓛ 다이아몬드 캐슬 회원을 타 라인으로 유인한 경우, 유인 행위자 및 유인자는 물론 유인을 방조한 책임 리더 계정을 잠금과 동시에 3개월 간 자산이 동결되며, 유인으로 등록된 계정은 무효이며, 이 계정은 신규로 대체 또는 회사로 귀속한다.

If a member of Diamond Castle is lured to another line, the asset will be frozen for three months at the same time as locking the responsible leader account that aided and abetted the luring and the luring agent and luring.

② 다이아몬드 캐슬 회원을 타사로 유인한 경우, 회사는 유인행위자 및 유인자의 계정을 영구적으로 동결과 동시에 영구 제명 처리한다. 동결 자산은 회사 자산으로 귀속한다.

If a Diamond Castle member is lured to a third party, the company permanently freezes the luring agent's and the luring agent's account and permanently expel it. Frozen assets are attributed to company assets.

③ 회원 가입을 미끼로 금품수수, 현금, 편취, 타 계정 자산의 불법인출 등에 대하여도 당사자 자산의 동결과 동시에 회원자격에 대하여 영구 제명 처리한다.

특히, 상위 5레벨 이상의 징계 해당자에게 불합리하게 지급되어진 해당 자산에 대해서는 법적 소송을 통하여 전액 환수하여 본 회사에 귀속한다.

The membership shall be permanently expelled from the membership at the same time as freezing the parties' assets to accept money and valuables, cash, defraud, and illegal withdrawal of other account assets using membership as bait. In particular, the assets unreasonably paid to those subjects to disciplinary action at the top five levels or higher shall be fully recovered through legal litigation and attributed to the company. 

④ 경영진 및 임직원은 물론 전 회원은 허위사실 유포, 과대과장 광고, 근거 없는 음해나 비방, 폭력적인 언행 등에 대하여도 절대적인 금기 사항으로 규정하며, 

원인 제공 및 명예 실추 행위에 대하여도 회사는 비도덕적인 행위로 간주하며, 윤리위원회를 통해 사안의 정도에 따라 최소 벌금 및 최대 영구 제명+ 또는 자산을 동결하고 회사 자산으로 귀속한다.

All members, management, and executives stipulate that dissemination of false information, exaggerated advertisements, groundless abuse, slander, and violent words are prohibited. The company also considers the provision of causes and defamation as immoral. 

제7조 보칙

Article 7 Supplementary Provisions

1항 시행령 본 윤리강령은 본 사업 출발 시점과 회원은 가입과 동시에 적용하여 시행한다

Paragraph 1: Enforcement Decree, This Code of Ethics shall be applied and implemented at the time of departure of this project and at the same time as membership.

2항 센터 운영

Paragraph 2: Center Operations

1) 본사 사업의 발전과 운영을 위하여 각 지역에 센터 운영을 허용한다

The center's operation is allowed in each region for the development and operation of the headquarters business. 

2) 본사의 사업 목적과 운영 규정에 준하여 운영한다

Operate according to the headquarters' business purpose and operation regulations. 

3) 지역 센터 운영은 반드시 사전에 본사의 승인을 받아야 한다

The headquarters must approve the operation of the regional center in advance. 

4) 각 센터는 해당 센터의 운영 및 회원 관리를 위하여 별도의 규정을 정하고 이를 적용하여 운영 할 수 있다 (단, 본사에서 승인 된 센터로 한정 한다 )

Each center may set different regulations for its operation and member management and operate them by applying them (limited to centers approved by the headquarters).

Supplementary Provisions (August 15, 2023)

제1조(시행일) 이 규정은 제정 일로 부터 시행한다.

Article 1 (Effective Date) This Regulation shall come into force from the enactment date.
